So I'm pretty sure the name of this album goes perfect for how I felt about this trip. For those of you who don't know what SXSW (South by South West) is, it's pretty much, what seems an endless amount of city blocks full of music, people, bars, and food. From the local honky tonk band on the corner that is just doing their thing cause they were doing it the week before, all the way to the electronic sounds of foreigner, Boys Noize. I decided to take this trip with some friends, lug around my point-n-shoot, have a couple drinks, and see as much as I can see in half a week of fun. So check out the pics and check out the video of our experience from Atlanta to Austin.

So while our bud Le Castle Vania was gone this month, we made sure to lock it down and rage as hard as possible! Dead Parris set the tone for the night and got kids raging right out the gate. We reached over 500 before 11:30 and kept it going stronger and stronger. Fuck Yesss resident, Street Lurkin, stepped in to follow up with bangers upon bangers to get this kids prepped, locked and loaded for our home from the West Coast of Los Angeles, Paparazzi. Paparazzi kept kids bouncing through out the night with his diverse music selection of sound. Skrypted (Sorted + Kryptonite) closed the night and and kept the crowd solid till the end with the sounds of electro buzzing through the walls of The Masquerade. Next month we will have Le Castle Vania back with an international line up of acts that are gonna blow this night away with some minds as well.

Our first big night in the Main Room of MJQ went off without a doubt. The vibe was just as intense per usual. We got more people inside. Line moved much faster. People partied way harder. Paparazzi from LA played a great set and then turned into a drunk monkey swinging from the ceiling over people. Le Castle Vania's energy and unique set list slayed the crowd once again. Rrrump had the crowd shaking and moving all night long. Street Lurkin open the gates to the mayhem and laid forth the way to "Party Hard".

FUCK YESSS takes over MJQ Main Room!
This is the big one! We are giving the Drunken Unicorn a break this month and taking over the Main Room of MJQ. We are flying in our best friend DJ Paparazzi from Los Angeles to throw down on this big event with us. Le Castle Vania and Rrrump will be going all out this month. Atlanta's most intense indie party is about to get more intense. We will be adding visuals to the night along with a larger louder sound system to pull it all together.
