CS5: the run through for all my designers out there

Go big or go home, the master collection is where it's at!
If you haven't already heard, Adobe is releasing yet another edition of their creative suite. Due out May 15, Adobe is proud to say that they have listened to what creatives wanted out of CS4 and finally gave in. I've gone through all versions of the creative suite, and at least 5 versions of photoshop and I have to say, the features in this version are pretty jaw-dropping. Here is a brief run-down of some of the new features:

Selections made easy in CS5
- 64 Bit support for both Windows and Mac
- Content Aware Fill
- Complex selection made easy
- Ebook Creation
- HDR Imaging
- Better RAW support
- Resolution Independent Graphics
- Wider Content distribution over a range of different mediums
This is just a taste of the incredible new features this suite offers. Despite the on-going feud with Apple for support of flash on apple devices such as the iPhone and iPad I don't think they'll have any problems selling CS5. I do have to mention for my app-savez friends, you're out of luck for the amazing glimpse that once was in Flash CS5. Adobe demoed several apps built completely in flash CS5 and promised this would be one of the new features of the suite, however, Apple recently disabled the specific type of coding used by Flash and has since stated that all apps are required to use C/C++ programming languages. My personal belief is that everyone and their mom was about to make a fart app in flash and Apple saw it coming from a mile away. So I'm a little disappointed about the ability to easily code and create apps, but can't say I won't still buy this amazing suite of industry standard products. If you had not already guessed, almost every digital design my personal brand, Demi Denizen, has created was made with the help of one or more Adobe Design solutions. So, word to the wise, buy CS5.
