I want the Bass

What's up everybody. I was pretty stoked when Ryan asked me to start posting for his blog, so here's a quick intro. I'll be posting mainly about Bass heavy music (dubstep, bassline, etc) with a few other random bits here and there that catch my ears. A producer that's turning out consistent bangers right now is FuntCase. He's got a dub kicking around that he worked with DatsiK on and it's just a huge fucking tune. Who is Megan Foxxx?

Rejected pornstar?  Transformers supporting acress stand in?  TI Fluffer?  Who knows.  What I do know is that Megan Foxxx is a growing DJ from Atlanta that is making a name for himself with the fierceness.  Once a young man called Daniel Disaster, had then fallen in to the depths of hell emerging in his new form as Megan Foxxx.  Working at the studio of Grand Hustle, he only furthers his career and exclusive remixes in tackling the game.  Keep an eye on this one, he'll have necks snapped from whiplash, be the cause of a rise in single mother statistics, and maybe even stab you in the jugular on the way to top.

Telephoned !!!

Heres a nice little trancey disco-pop tune inspired by The-Dream's awesome "Rockin That Thang" from one of my secret obsessions Telephoned, the duo of Maggie Horn and Sammy Bananas. Fool's Gold will be releasing their self-titled debut EP on January 19 with a mixtape to follow. This collaboration began with a sorta-cover of T-Pain's "Can't Believe It", and they've continued their Telephone-game-like partnership with hits such as Turn My Swag on and Pop Champagne. Not Like All the Girls Before

I'm not sure how many of you know this, but I have a huge soft spot in my heart for UK pop and Ellie Goulding is pretty much at the center of said soft spot. For those of you who are unfamiliar Miss Goulding's enchanting voice or Starsmith's complex soundscapes,  I'm going to need you to catch up.  I know just a year ago the masses where praising La Roux and Little Boots going on about how they are the future;  the masses just may have been wrong, check out Ellie's video for her lead single " Under the Sheets " and you be the judge.
